How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos and ext. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in the DFW Metroplex, and I am definitely open to traveling for photography assignments. Please be aware that if you'd like me to photograph your event or story at a location outside of the DFW area, there may be an additional travel fee involved. We can discuss the specifics of this fee when we plan your photography session in the future.
When will we get our photos?
The turnaround time for edited photos varies depending on the type of service and the number of images. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-6 weeks.
Do you provide high-resolution digital files, prints, or albums?
We offer a range of products and services, including high-resolution digital files, prints, and custom-designed albums. You can choose from various options to best suit your needs.
Can I request a specific location for my photography session?
Absolutely! We welcome location suggestions and can shoot at a location of your choice. If you need ideas or recommendations, our photographers can assist in selecting a suitable location.
Do you offer retouching or photo editing services?
Yes, we provide professional retouching and editing services to enhance the quality of your photos. This includes color correction, skin retouching, and other enhancements as needed.
Why is a down payment required?
Confirming Your Booking: By requesting a down payment, it ensures that you are committed to the scheduled session. It helps secure your spot on the photographer's calendar and prevents any potential conflicts or double bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once a photography session is canceled, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to accommodating rescheduling requests.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are allowed to reschedule their session, subject to availability, up to a maximum of three times. We appreciate your understanding that rescheduling beyond this limit may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the session.
